PMMS provides expert leasehold management services to the residential sector. We specialise in residential block management and for that reason do not cater for commercial leasehold, private sales or letting of homes.
We provide block maintenance, leasehold management, and company secretarial services for our RMC/RTM Director and Freeholder clients, taking on these responsibilities and providing them with peace of mind that their interests are well looked after.
Your dedicated Property Manager works with you to establish long term goals for the management of your development, and personally oversees the deliver of services by the wider PMMS Team.

Our Property Managers are supported by the Maintenance and Accounts teams to address daily enquiries, so they can spend more time delivering the big projects that otherwise get left behind.
When you choose PMMS to manage your block you will have a dedicated and qualified Property Manager to guide your decision making and provide expert advice on all things leasehold.
Your Property Manager will help create a planned maintenance programme and also oversee the contract services on your development through regular maintenance inspections.
The Maintenance Team provides the first point of contact for you and your leaseholders to report reactive maintenance. They resolve most minor issues and escalate major issues to your Property Manager for attention.
The Accounts Team takes care of all the financial administration, service charge enquiries, transfers of ownership, and Company Secretary duties. We are able to provide full transparency on your financial accounting information, so at all times you know how your money is being spent.
Our History
Established in 1987, starting as a family business with just a handful of developments, PMMS’ growth has been driven by quality of service which has led to clients staying with us for many years and providing referrals.
PMMS is now managing over 3000 units across London, Kent, Surrey and Sussex, and we are excited to continue growing.

Our suppliers enjoy working with us as our work instructions are clear, and because our turnaround from invoicing to payment is less than one week. We welcome suppliers chosen by our clients who meet our vetting criteria, and we don’t charge a fee to be on our approved suppliers list.
Respect
We don’t expect our clients to be experts in leasehold property, or in running a limited company. We treat Directors and leaseholders with respect, and there are no issues too small and there are no stupid questions.
